Lufthansa Industry Solutions adds Process Mining to its consulting portfolio

Norderstedt, September 25, 2023 - Lufthansa Industry Solutions (LHIND) becomes an official partner of the Munich-based software company Celonis and bundles its expertise in a dedicated consulting division for process mining. LHIND has established itself as an expert for Process Mining through many years of consulting activities within the Lufthansa Group and a close cooperation with Celonis. This software technology enables the modeling, analysis and holistic optimization of business processes.

The newly created consulting division will bundle the expertise of LHIND's experts in the field of Process Mining and support customers from various industries. The focus of this division will be on topics such as Technical Fleet Management, Ground Operations, Crew Management as well as common Celonis use cases such as Order-to-Cash or Purchase-to-Pay.

Extensive experience in implementing Process Mining solutions

LHIND has extensive experience in implementing Process Mining solutions. "The Lufthansa Group is considered a pioneer in the field of process mining, and has been using Celonis since 2018. We have already supported process mining projects of various Lufthansa Group companies in an early phase and have successfully cooperated with Celonis," reports Lars Lochmann, Technology Consultant, Process Mining & Celonis, at LHIND.
