The Hamburg IT Strategy Days opened today under the motto "CIO Embedded". Lufthansa Industry Solutions is co-hosting the Hamburger IT Strategietage with contributions on quantum computing, hybrid IT architecture, new work and artificial intelligence.
Between hyper automation and the war for talents
Norderstedt, February 16, 2022 – “New Work, Sustainability, War for Talents and technological progress determine our everyday work. In order to be able to shape this rapid development, it helps to exchange experiences and learn from each other. The Hamburger IT Strategietage are perfect for exchanging views and developing ideas," emphasized CEO Jörn Messner at the opening. Lufthansa Industry Solutions, together with its top-class guest speakers from business and science, will again contribute to this year's renowned event. The Hamburger IT Strategietage will take place up to and including Friday, February 18, 2022.
Lufthansa Industry Solutions (LHIND) is involved in the event with contributions on quantum computing, hybrid IT architecture and artificial intelligence. The IT service provider is also hosting a roundtable on the topic of "New Work: The reinvention of the IT department?". In addition, Jörn Messner will be a guest at a talk on the blue sofa and will speak about the tension between hyper automation and the war of talents: "We have mastered technologies such as robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, but the successful benefits only come from being centered on people.”
The Hamburger IT Strategietage, hosted by Hamburg@work, FAKTOR 3 LIVE and CIO Magazine, will once again take place virtually and with new formats this year. Over the past 20 years, the event has continuously developed into the largest and most renowned IT management congress in the German-speaking world. This year, the organizers expect over 1000 CIOs from German companies to attend.
