Norderstedt, December 8, 2023 - Cargo Future Communications GmbH (CFC), a subsidiary of Lufthansa Industry Solutions, has now been awarded by Rhineland- Palatinate's State Secretary for Economic Affairs Petra Dick-Walther as an attractive employer in Rhineland-Palatinate in 2023. The award is given annually to medium-sized companies that have demonstrated exemplary corporate and HR policies and have found solutions to counter the shortage of skilled workers.
Christian Rothkirch, CFC Managing Director and Vice President Corporate & Aviation Services at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, accepted the award at a ceremony in Mainz: "We are delighted to receive this award, which not only honors our company, but also the excellent and successful work of our employees." The introduction of hybrid working models allows employees to have an almost identical experience in the office and when working from home. In addition, anonymous employee surveys are conducted annually to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. "This contributes significantly to strengthening the working atmosphere by taking into account the individual needs of the workforce.

The award-winning companies stand for diverse, individual and innovative approaches in human resources policy as well as New Work models as an integral part of everyday working life.
